Phoenix Program Agreement

Students in the probation or critical probation process are required to meet with an advisor to sign a probation agreement by the Friday of the fourth week of classes.

Filling out the agreement with an advisor ensures that you:

  1. understand the semester GPAs that will be required to avoid critical probation or dismissal and to raise your IU GPA to 2.0 (good standing),
  2. review where you stand in relation to the admission GPA requirement for your intended major/program, and
  3. identify your academic goals for the semester ahead and consider challenges you may face in achieving them.

In order to register for classes during the next Early Registration period, you must fulfill the terms of your Phoenix Agreement.
